Smart Alerts

The L1 WiFi Leak and Freeze Detector sends you alerts when it detects a water leak via the sensor cable or when temperature or humidity levels are out of the set range. Let First Alert's technology provide you with added peace of mind.

Versatile

Use the Water Leak Detector as a standalone product or part of a comprehensive water leak control solution by pairing multiple First Alert Water Leak and Freeze Detectors together.

Quick Setup

Simply install the battery-operated smart device near water heaters, sump pumps, washing machines, under sinks or wherever you like to detect water leaks, then complete the setup using our app. No extra hub is required.

Extend and Expand Coverage

The L1 WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector includes a 5-foot cable sensor that detects water along its entire length. Loop and lay the sensor through a basement or utility room, plus add additional cables to extend the sensor length to 500 feet. It provides the added assurance that you are monitoring your home thoroughly for water leaks.

Extendable sensor cable sold separately at certain retailers.

Track Trends

The L1 WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector keeps you aware by monitoring humidity and temperature levels and delivering these performance trends to your mobile app. When water leaks, specific temperatures or high humidity levels are detected, the device sends alerts to your mobile device, sends an email, and activates LED status lights and a 100-decibel alarm. The water leak detector provides essential at-home and remote water leak awareness.

Reusable

Easily reset your device after it detects a leak. Completely dry the sensor cable, plug it back into the device, and it’s ready to use again.
